近数月，国内外电力行业核心原材料市场遭遇持续性、大幅度涨价潮，全行
业承受着前所未有的成本压力。其中，铜、银等与能源行业高度关联的贵金属材
料价格飙升尤为显著：自2025年1月1日至今， LME（伦敦金属交易所）铜价累计
上涨约50%， LME银价累计涨幅高达200%。铜、银作为断路器、工控产品导电
部件及核心组件的关键原料，直接决定产品性能稳定性与使用安全性，其价格的
剧烈波动对我司生产成本构成重大影响。
为确保能够持续提供性能稳定、质量优先的的产品与服务，避免因成本透支
影响产品质量和交付周期，经公司管理层慎重评估后， 公司决定对智慧电力智慧
建筑产品价格进行上调，涨幅约为6%至10%不等（特殊产品调价幅度可能不
同）。

Standard orders, inventory orders, and special orders confirmed by partners before midnight on January 17, 2026 will be picked up no later than February 28, 2026. If the goods are not picked up after this deadline, the order will be cancelled (special treatment will be given for Schneider Electric's out of stock reasons). W
